Who we are
The pages on the CPS website (“the website”) are published on behalf of CPS by TRGS Ltd (“TRGS”), a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 04894372, whose registered address is at Lammas Gate, 84 Meadrow, Godalming, Surrey GU7 3HT.
The information collected and how it is used
CPS operates an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that is certified to ISO 27001, providing control and assurance overall of our information systems and the data therein, including personal data.
CPS collects personal information when we do business with you or when you submit it to us via our website. We may use your information to provide you with information and services and to market our products and services to you.
If you register for alerts and brochures, register for conferences or contact us via the website, you will need to provide your name, organisation and email address. This information will be held by TRGS and will be accessed by CPS for administration of the service. The information will not be used for any other purpose; it will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties. By submitting this information, you consent to this use of your name, organisation and email address.
We will keep your data until you tell us to delete it. If you wish to unsubscribe to any service or to ask us to delete your data, you can do so at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us.
Third-party use of information
Except as described above, neither TRGS nor CPS will disclose, sell or rent your personal information to any third party unless you have explicitly consented to this. If you do consent but later change your mind, you may contact TRGS or CPS (as appropriate) to ask for any such activity to stop.
However, if a third party acquires all (or substantially all) of TRGS' or CPS’ business and/or assets, TRGS or CPS (as applicable) may disclose your personal information to that third party in connection with the acquisition. Finally, TRGS and/or CPS may also collect anonymised details about visitors to the website for the purposes of aggregate statistics or reporting purposes. However, no single individual will be identifiable from the anonymised details collected for these purposes.
